Movie Review

Isn’t It Romantic Screenplay by Erin Cardillo; Dana Fox; Katie Silberman Story by Erin Cardillo Natalie, played by Rebel Wilson,  is an architect in New York who works very hard to get noticed only to be the likely coffee delivery person for her firm. Things get strange when she gets knocked unconscious during a mugging and finds herself in an alternate reality.  Basically her worst nightmare… a real-life fairy tale with her as the star!  Being a self-proclaimed cynic about anything to do with romance and true love this was definitely not what she was expecting.  Trapped inside this romantic comedy, she does not know what to do with herself.  Her apartment is suddenly transformed into a beautiful palace and her closet is full of the most lavish clothes and shoes she could wish for.  But of course, there is a downside.  Her best friends are no longer close to her in this reality.  She must find out how to end this on her own. Will true love’s kiss be the key?  When she meets Billionaire Blake, played by Liam Hemsworth, she decides she must try to fall in love with her Prince Charming.  After all, that is how it is supposed to go, right?  Can Natalie find her way back to her imperfect yet real life with her two best friends?  If you enjoy a good rom-com with your friend or sister then this is the movie for you.   HS
