The Christmas Shoes

We all love a great Christmas Story and this one does not disappoint. Go ahead and get a box if tissue, because you will need many for this heart touching story of love.
The following exert from the book sums up the story so much better than I can.
“If we’re open to it, God can use even the smallest things to change our lives…to change us. It might be a laughing child, car brakes that need fixing, a sale on pot roast, a cloudless sky, a trip to the woods to cut down a Christmas tree, or a schoolteacher, a Dunhill Billiard pipe…or even a pair of shoes.
Some people will never believe. They may feel that such things are too trivial, too simple, or too insignificant to forever change a life. But I believe.
And I always will.”
This is a wonderful story. The Christmas Shoes will have us all wanting to be kinder, love more, and not take everyday moments for granted, remembering the simplest of things can touch others and change lives forever.
